Pallet Live Storage

A high density pallet storage system using gravity for propulsion.

Benefits of Pallet Live Storage:

• • Ideal for First-In-First-Out (FIFO) storage such as that required for foodstuffs and other products with expiry dates.
  • Each pallet gravitates from a rear input aisle ( the highest point in the system) to the pick face via speed controlled gravity roller tracks.
  • As the front pallet is removed the rest of the pallets in that lane roll forward at a predetermined & controlled speed.
  • Requires two service aisles: goods are replenished from one side and picked form the other.
